What are the payment options?
You can pay through all major payment options via Razorpay. You can also request an invoice to pay us through bank transactions.
What does 'Free for 1 quarter' mean for small teams?
If you have a small team of 0 to 10 and buy a 1-year subscription to JOP, you will get complimentary 1 quarter of further access to JOP's platform plus associated services.
How frequently do you update JOP? Will I pay for the updates?
We update JOP several times a quarter. We roll out fixes and tweaks two times a month. You don't pay for any of the updates. They're included in your subscription.
What integrations do I get with the free subscription?
Google Sheets, Excel, Slack, Jira, and many more through easy integrations with Zapier. And if you request a special integration, we're happy to make it happen for you but with additional charges.
What if I want to cancel my subscription? Is there a penalty or fee?
Your subscription terminates at the end of the billing cycle, and your account will remain active until then. There is no penalty for cancellation.
