You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on the Service, including but not limited to text, software, code, design, graphics, and logos, are the property of JOP or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes.

12. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
JOP does not guarantee specific uptime or performance levels for the Service unless explicitly stated. Any uptime commitments will be detailed in a separate SLA, if applicable. Support Services:

Email: User(s) can seek answers to queries by writing to Jopinc support at support@getjop.com . “Get Support” captures the required technical information and submits a screen shot of the error, providing Jopinc support desk with the details needed to address a support request.

13. Feedback
Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide regarding the Service are deemed non-confidential. JOP may use such feedback without any obligation to compensate you.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if you violate any of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JOP, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
16. API Use and Indemnity
If you use the JOP API, you agree to be responsible for your use and to comply with the terms governing API usage. You shall indemnify and hold harmless JOP from any claims arising out of your use of the API.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. JOP disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
18. Limitation of Liability
In no event will JOP, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
19. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
